• Punches smaller than 25mm are crafted from 4140 tool steel and case-hardened to 57 HRC.
• The top and bottom plates, along with 25mm and larger punches, are made of S7 shock-resistant tool steel, through-hardened to 55 HRC for exceptional durability.

For best results, place a shim of equal thickness to your cutting material on the opposite side to maintain balance.

• Ideal for soft materials up to 16 gauge (1.29mm) with a mallet and up to 10 gauge (2.59mm) with a Bonny Doon hydraulic press.
• Use a 1/16″ thick, 95-durometer urethane pad (not included) under the cutters to minimize noise, support the tool, protect your work surface, and ensure precise cuts.
