3M 3 See-thru Microfinishing Film – 15 Micron 6-pack

Introduction

Great for SHAPING polymer clay (plastics) and PREPARING metals for a high polish. Leaves a very fine finish at the last step (9 micron). It cuts fast and gives precise, consistent finishes. Follow up with a FELT DISC and COMPOUND for a quick and easy polish.

Anie highly recommends using these with Cushion Pads, each one on a Backpad.

PROJECT IDEAS:

JEWELRY: Sand and prepare polymer clay pieces for a high polish. Works great for progressively sanding metal castings.

AUTOMOTIVE: Finely sand painted or primed spots, metallic powertrain components (gears, cams, valves, etc)
WOODWORKING: Sharpen & hone chisels, turning tools and carving tools.
